It is normal for the glow intensity (luminance) to dim as you use the headphones. It is also normal for the luminance of the headphones to reduce once they are removed from a light source. To restore the luminance effect, please follow these instructions: - Find a light source such as a lamp or sunlight.
- Expose the headphones to the light source for as little as 15 minutes.
- Take the headphones to a dark location immediately. In the dark, the headphones should glow.
PLEASE NOTE: The time it takes to restore the luminance of glow-in-the-dark headphones varies depending on the light source and intensity. The stronger the light, the quicker the luminance will be restored. TDK Life on Record glow-in-the-dark headphones have been tested against the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17398 illumination standard.
