How can the Q35 be reset?

To reset the Q35: 

• Remove the Q35 pairing (forget) on your Bluetooth source device. 
• Power on the unit .
• Press the "Source" button to select the Aux setting (indicator LED on Aux). 
• Press and hold down together both the Q35 "Power/Volume" control and the "Source" button  for 5 seconds until the unit beeps. 
• The Q35 will flash the volume LEDs and then reset to factory settings. (Volume at 6 LEDs and on Aux mode.)  
• Press the "Source" button to select Bluetooth and pair the unit with your device.  

Performing a reset may be useful in the following situations:

• Forget the paired Bluetooth settings on the Q35. 
• Unit will not pair with a device. 
• Unit is paired but not playing. 
• Sound quality appears to have deteriorated. 

Note:  iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch devices that have been previously paired with the Q35 may not pair again until a "forget device" is executed on the iDevice.
