No Power or Not Charging with a Multi Region AC Adapter

Unit not charging the battery or getting any power, it utilizes a Multi Region AC Adapter.

Check the removable universal prongs, make sure they're properly fitted and not loose. Disconnect them from the AC Adapter and reconnect, again making sure the prongs are not loose.
