Tablet Compatibility of Flash Drives

Which flash drives are compatible with tablet computers?

If your tablet has a micro USB connector, host USB support (OTG) and operates with the Android operating system, we would suggest the 2-in-1 flash drives.  These products have both micro USB and standard USB connectors.  They are intended to simplify transfer of data between tablets and PCs.  Compatibility includes a number of recent models of Android tablets and smart phones.  The product page for the 2-in-1 Micro drive is at this link.

If your tablet computer has a standard USB connector and runs Windows software, it will likely operate with most of our other flash drives.  But, the Lock software provided on some of our drives will only operate on platforms with Windows Intel or AMD processors.  For example, Windows 8 RT, as used on the Microsoft Surface tablet and other ARM processor based units, will not run the password protection software or allow logging in to our secure products.
